{"id":52,"date":"2011-09-05T11:30:46","date_gmt":"2011-09-05T19:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gahealthguide.wordpress.com\/?p=52"},"modified":"2011-09-05T11:30:46","modified_gmt":"2011-09-05T19:30:46","slug":"consistency-is-key","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/devinephysiques.com\/blog\/2011\/09\/05\/consistency-is-key\/","title":{"rendered":"Consistency is Key!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Alissa<\/strong><\/em>:\u00a0 I would have to say that one of my biggest problems over the years with trying to lose weight has been staying consistent. \u00a0I would try a diet \/ exercise program for maybe a month or two then decide it wasn&#8217;t working and switch to something else. \u00a0Of course, in between switching &#8220;diets,&#8221; I would take a cheat week here or there. \u00a0I was never getting the results I truly wanted&#8211;\u00a0 I was far too impatient.
