workout routine.\u00a0 I could immediately recognize the problems, and suggested they do the rookie workout, which is an unbelievably simple, full body workout that is the perfect place to start when it comes to workout programming.\u00a0 The rookie workout is this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.exrx.net\/WeightExercises\/GluteusMaximus\/BBSquat.html\" target=\"_blank\">Squats<\/a> 5 X 5 (Sets X Reps)<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.exrx.net\/WeightExercises\/PectoralSternal\/BBBenchPress.html\" target=\"_blank\">Bench Press<\/a> 5 X 5<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.exrx.net\/WeightExercises\/BackGeneral\/BBBentOverRow.html\" target=\"_blank\">Bent Over Row<\/a> 5 X 5<br \/>\nAb Work (Can be anything effective.)<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.exrx.net\/WeightExercises\/PectoralSternal\/BWChestDip.html\" target=\"_blank\">Chest Dips<\/a> 3 X 12<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.exrx.net\/WeightExercises\/LatissimusDorsi\/BWPullup.html\" target=\"_blank\">Pull Ups<\/a> \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.exrx.net\/WeightExercises\/LatissimusDorsi\/BWUnderhandChinup.html\" target=\"_blank\">Chin Ups<\/a> 3 X 8<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a in between.\u00a0 Anyway, regardless of your goals, if you&#8217;re struggling with a weight training routine, or are stuck doing a lot of isolation exercises, start here&#8211;\u00a0 This will help you attain your goals regardless of what they are.<\/p>\n<p>(Our longtime readers may recognize that my weight training routine is derived from day 1 of this
